PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal: "The safer and easy way" to pay online. You don't need to have an account with Paypal. We do not have access to your financial information when paying by Paypal.
Credit Card: credit cards are processed through Authorized.net. We do not have access to your credit card information.
Other: Choose this option if you prefer to pay by phone. You may contact us at 787-787-8805 or we may call you for your credit card. Keep in mind with this option we do have access to your credit card information.
For pick-up PR orders, client must pay a deposit at time of order and the remaining at time of pick-up.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping is done via PRIORITY MAIL from the US Postal Service which usually takes 3 - 5 days (estimate). The system will calculate your shipping charges when checking out. Below is the percentage’s table used to calculate these charges.
IMPORTANT
ABOUT SHIPPING: orders above $95.00, shipping will not be calculated by the system. You will be charged separately. Shipping for orders above $95.00 is usually between 35%-45% more or less. Products packed in a plastic bowl may require additional shipping charges, please be aware of this. We ship through Priority Mail which takes 3-5 business days (estimate) once it leaves our facilities. PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AMOUNT OF DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE. 3-5 DAYS IS AN ESTIMATE.
IF YOU NEED AN ORDER ON OR BEFORE A SPECIFIC DATE YOU SHOULD:
1. LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF WE THINK THERE IS ENOUGH TIME TO SEND YOUR ORDER VIA PRIORITY MAIL. (We do not refund orders received after a specific date)
2. SELECT EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE FROM THE U.S.POSTAL SERVICE WHICH GUARANTEES A 2 DAY DELIVERY. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THIS SERVICE. FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS (Next Day or 2nd Day) SERVICE ALSO GUARANTEE DELIVERY DAYS BUT ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EXPRESS MAIL (Keep in mind, travel time may vary depending on weather conditions)
WE DO NOT REFUND MERCHANDISE RECEIVED AFTER A SPECIFIC DATE IF ORDERED WITH PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE. Travel days may be affected by the weather.
ABOUT PRODUCTS ORDERED: Carla's Sweets is a boutique factory. We manufacture every week what we estimate would be sold during the week. We do not keep inventory guarded in order to present our customers with only the freshest products possible. Therefore we may not have one or more of the items you ordered available for immediate shipping. In this case we will let you know and ask if you prefer a refund for that particular item/s or wait until it becomes available and ship the entire order. We can ship you what is available first and then the rest in a different shipment but you would have to pay for shipping again and shipping one or two items may cost more than the actual 2 items.
